Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing our digital products, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
1. Digital Product Nature
Our marriage biodata templates and downloads are digital products delivered electronically. Once purchased and downloaded, these digital products cannot be "returned" in the conventional sense.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are extremely limited and only considered in exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: Refunds are only considered if there are server-side technical issues that completely prevent access to your purchased biodata template, and only after our technical team has verified the issue cannot be resolved. Customer-side issues (device compatibility, internet connectivity, browser issues) are not eligible for refunds. Refunds for verified technical issues have a processing TAT (Turn Around Time) of up to 30 days and require extensive documentation.
- Non-delivery: Refunds for non-delivery are only processed after our team conducts a thorough investigation and confirms that the product was not delivered due to our system failure. Email delivery issues, spam folder placement, or customer-provided incorrect email addresses do not qualify for refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the product after purchase
- Purchasing the wrong template or format (please carefully review your selection before purchase)
- Dissatisfaction with the design or features after purchase (all features and previews are clearly displayed before purchase)
- Requests made after 2 hours from the time of purchase
- Any issues related to user error, including but not limited to incorrect information entry, misunderstanding of product features, or failure to follow instructions
- Requests without proper documentation or proof of the claimed issue
- Compatibility issues with software or devices not listed in our compatibility requirements
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (only for eligible cases):
- Contact our customer support at manikbiradar365@gmail.com within 2 hours of your purchase with complete documentation
- Include your order ID, transaction ID, and the exact email address used for purchase
- Provide detailed explanation with step-by-step description of the issue
- Submit comprehensive screenshots, error messages, and system information
- Allow our technical team to investigate and verify the issue (this may take up to 15 business days)
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Most refund requests are denied due to the digital nature of our products.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved (which is rare), the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable. The refund amount may be reduced by applicable processing fees. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 15-30 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We are not responsible for any delays caused by payment processors or banks.
6. Cancellation Policy
Since our digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed. Instead, please refer to our refund policy above if you have concerns about your purchase.
